Regulations

  • Organic Law 2/2006 of May 3 on Education (LOE), as consolidated in Law 3/2020 of December 29, amending the LOE (LOMLOE), in Title V, Chapters I and II on Participation, Autonomy, and Governance of schools.

  • Law 17/2007, of December 10, on Education in Andalusia (LEA), Title I on the Educational Community; Title V on reducational centers and zones and Title VII on cooperation with other administrations and entities.
    Both laws (national and regional) substantially address the participation and collaboration of all members of the educational community to achieve quality education, placing special emphasis on students and teachers, encouraging the participation of families and parent associations, and promoting the involvement of other groups that altruistically, freely, and voluntarily carry out activities in the educational sphere.

  • Decree 71/2009, dated March 31, regulating the Census of Entities Collaborating in Education, and strengthens the participation and shared responsibility of families and other stakeholders involved in the academic success of all Andalusian students

  • Decrees 327/2010 and 328/2010, both dated July 13, approving the Organic Regulations for publicly funded schools: they promote their pedagogical, organizational, and managerial autonomy and deepen the educational community’s participation through new forms of collaboration and involvement in the school’s educational process.

  • Order of June 20, 2011, adopting measures to promote harmonious coexistence in publicly funded schools, regulates the right of families to participate in their children’s educational process.

  • Order of June 8, 2012, regulating the registration and retention procedures of centers recognized as “Learning Communities” and establishing the Andalusian Network "Learning Communities."

  • Decree 93/2013, dated August 27, regulating initial and continuing teacher training in the Autonomous Community of Andalusia, as well as the Andalusian System for Continuing Teacher Training.

  • Instructions dated December 7, 2021from the General Directorate for Diversity, Participation, and School Coexistence, regulating the composition and operating procedures of provincial committees, as well as the coordination of volunteer work in learning communities.

  • Resolution of June 13, 2025, issued by the Directorate General for Educational Participation and Inclusion, recognizing the “Learning Community” schools for the 2025 call for applications.
